Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment has been received and verified.
During peak seasons, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–5 business days (if available)
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (if offered)

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Tini Threads Co. is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but reported as lost or stolen.
If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly and then reach out to us for assistance.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and work with you to find a suitable solution.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
